As a fellow parent of multiples, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, out of your depth, isolated, worried - and to desire feeling more confident in your abilities and excited about the season of life you’re in (because it really is so exciting!)

You might hear others say that raising multiples, particularly in the early days, is the hardest thing they've ever done.

Imagine what it would be like to experience joy and fulfillment at every stage of parenting, to heal from what is often an unexpected pregnancy and birthing experience, and to thrive as a parent.


I help parents of multiples prepare for their unique parenting journey so that they can thrive in parenthood while raising emotionally resilient children.

I help parents by giving them the tools required to navigate the many emotional challenges that can arise from raising multiples.

Unlike other antenatal or parenting programs, my services are specifically created for parents of multiples. My approach goes well beyond the practical tips and strategies required to look after more than one baby. Instead, I focus on what you really need to prepare and thrive in parenthood.

How I can help you

Individual Support

For parents who want some additional support and/or prefer one-to-one sessions, I can provide individual services online or in person.

Online Program

A 10-week online program for soon-to-be and current parents of multiples designed to help you deal with the many challenges that can arise from raising multiples.

Membership Program

The Membership Program is exclusively for parents who have completed the 10-week online program and offers ongoing support in the form of monthly catch-ups online.

I acknowledge and pay respect to the past, present and future Elders, Custodians, and First Peoples of the various lands on which we live and work on today.
